EXSERO is managed by Jeff Dilley. Jeff has been directly involved with U.S. and Vietnam's bilateral trade, investment and business potential for fifty (50) years. Jeff has actively carried out U.S.-Vietnam bilateral business actions in Vietnam for over twenty-five (25) years.
Since January 1994, Jeff has made over one hundred (100) long term business trips to Vietnam, and its SEA regional area. Affiliated, local Vietnamese persons and firms in Vietnam focused on its' industries and properties are associated with EXSERO.
For example, Jeff represented Dayton Superior/Symons Forming Equipment for the construction of the Sheraton Hotel in HCMC (Saigon), and developed the distribution in Vietnam for Mercury Marine outboard engines. He recently introduced Vietnam's food enterprises to the Private Label Show in Chicago, and Vietnamese IT firms into the Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington, DC, enterprise and innovation space. EXSERO attends mweetings of the Digital Transformation Committee of the Northern Virginia Tech Council (NVTC), and is a former member of NVTC. Based in Washington, DC, and Los Angeles, CA (Downey), Jeff has been in private and international business since 1972. Jeff holds degrees in economics and business from the University of Wisconsin, an MPA from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA), and completed the course work for a Ph.D. in international business at New York University. Jeff is focused on U.S. and Vietnam international commerce: investment, trade and services. He is advising and has advised Vietnam information technology, commodities, agricultural/food and supporting industriy firms. Jeff has introduced many U.S. manufacturing and technology firms to Vietnam. He has also introduced Vietnamese firms into the IT, commodities, food/private label, manufacturing, and furniture industries in the U.S.
In a short overview: Jeff made presentations on the Vietnam Steel Industry at the American Metal markets conference in the fall of 2010 and 2011. Also, Jeff made three (3) investment and globalization strategy presentations in Vietnam in late 2008 and 2009. Jeff wrote an article for Recycling Today magazine entitled: Vietnam: The Pearl of Asia, in 2007. Further, Jeff wrote a monograph about the potential of the industrialization of Central Vietnam in 1972, which was featured in the Los Angeles Times. Jeff works with the Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) on U.S. promotion actions in many private label and OEM actions. He has carried out many U.S, business delegations to Vietnam.
Jeff was Chairman of the International Economic Issues Group in the 1988 Bush 41 Presidential Campaign and was slated to enter Vietnam in 1994, in international affairs. Thus, Jeff has been involved in Vietnam's business emergence and consolidation since 1994. Based in Washington, DC, in the 1970's and 80's; Jeff was involved in diversified U.S.A. domestic and international consulting and real estate actions. Thus, Jeff was involved in consulting, urban, investment and management for twenty (20+) years, before returning to Vietnam in 1994. Jeff is a Vietnam veteran. Jeff has a diversity of experience across management, finance, marketing and sales, operations, business development and strategic planning in both the public and private sectors of the world economy. Jeff has carried out economic development, direct local foreign business, trade promotion, and large, medium and small enterprise development for forty (40+) years. Jeff is a native of Milwaukee and Racine, Wisconsin.He left a technical college economics instructor position in Milwaukee in 1968 to go to Vietnam. Jeff is a retired reserve U.S. Army officer. Jeff Dilley resides and has offices in Washington, DC, when he is not in Vietnam or Los Angeles, CA.
